Refund & Cancellation Policy 

  Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the course or content, we offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:


1.1.1  The request must be submitted via email to info@trainerz.co.za within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

1.1.2  You must have consumed less than 20% of the course content (including video watch time and resource downloads), as

tracked by our TrainerCentral learning management system.

 

 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for products purchased under the following circumstances where:


1.2.1  More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded by the client/user.

1.2.2  A Certificate of Completion has already been issued for the course.

1.2.3  Personalised 1-on-1 tutoring sessions or Live Webinars were administered and where the session had already commenced.

1.2.4  The refund request is made after the 7-day guarantee period has expired.


Instalment Plan Cancellations

If you have enrolled using a payment instalment plan, the following conditions apply:


1.3.1  You may cancel your plan within the first 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, subject to the 20% content

consumption rule above.

1.3.2  After the 7-day period, you are contractually obligated to complete all remaining instalments.

1.3.3  Failure to complete instalments will result in the immediate suspension of your Academy access and may affect your eligibility

to enrol in future courses.

  

  Refund Processing

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, trainerz Academy will:


1.4.1  Credit funds back to the original payment method used (e.g., your card via PayGate, or a local wallet via Airwallex or

2Checkout).

1.4.2  Deduct any transaction fees or currency conversion charges applied by the payment gateway at the time of purchase.

1.4.3  Process the refund within 5  to 10 business days of approval.

 

Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

 

  Course Cancellations by the Academy

In the unlikely event that trainerz Academy cancels a scheduled live course or removes a product that you have purchased but not yet started, a full 100% refund will be issued to all affected students.

You will be notified via the email address associated with your Academy account.


                                                  How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email info@trainerz.co.za with the following information:


1.6.1  Your full name and contact details.

1.6.2  Your order or invoice number.

1.6.2  The course/module name.

1.6.3  Your reasons for requesting the refund. 


Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and advise on the outcome.
