By enrolling in any course or programme offered by trainerz Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with enrolment.

  Account Security & Access

Your login credentials are issued for your personal use only:

3.2.1  One User, One Licence: Sharing your login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited.

3.2.2  We reserve the right to monitor account activity. If we detect simultaneous logins from different geographic locations or other indicators of credential sharing, your account may be suspended without a refund.

3.2.3  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

3.2.4  Please notify us immediately at info@trainerz.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

  Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the relevant training, course material and content presented, produced, and published by trainerz Academy, including, but not limited to visual and audio media, documents, graphs,  workbooks, slide decks, and graphics — vests in and remains the exclusive property of trainerz Academy.

All training, course material and content is protected under the copyright laws of South Africa and other countries where applicable.

Copyright in any additional material vests in the respective authors/publishers and permission to reproduce any material must be obtained from the appropriate rights holder.

Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course material for your personal educational use only. You may not:

3.3.1  Record, screenshot, or capture any course content without written permission.

3.3.2  Download course materials unless a download option is explicitly provided.

3.3.3  Redistribute, share, sell, or sublicense any course content to any third party.

3.3.4  Use course content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from trainerz Academy.

All intellectual property, including inventions, designs, and software, created by the training, course material and content purchaser, learner, or user (“Learner Product") during the term of this Agreement that relates to trainerz Academy’s business shall be the sole and exclusive property of trainerz Academy. The training, course material and content purchaser or user hereby assigns all right, title, and interest in the Learner Product to trainerz Academy.

  Subscription and Payment

trainerz Academy courses are billed on a monthly rolling subscription basis:

3.4.1  Your subscription will renew automatically each month until cancelled.

3.4.2  If a subscription payment fails or is not renewed, access to all course materials will be suspended immediately until the

subscription is reinstated.

3.4.3  You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3.4.4  Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and no further charges will be applied.

  Refund Policy

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy (Section 1 of this document).

  Learner Conduct

By enrolling, you agree to engage respectfully with the Academy, its staff, facilitators, tutors, and fellow learners. trainerz Academy reserves the right to remove any learner from a course or programme without refund if they engage in misconduct, harassment, or any conduct that disrupts the learning environment.

  Limitation of Liability

trainerz Academy provides professional training designed to support your development as an entrepreneur and business professional. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, earnings, or employment as a result of completing our programmes.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, trainerz Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential claims, losses, or damages, whether in contract or tort (including negligence), arising from the use of, or inability to use, our training materials, courses, course content, digital software or online platforms.

Amendments to These Terms

trainerz Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gauteng courts.
